Great Day on the Island

Great day at the island call Mustang !! We start out with a drive to the island but wait there are no bridges. OK we load on the Ferry. Yep truck drives right on the boat.

We then have a short drive to the beach. Wait did I mention Spring Break

Look close at the front of this ship and you will see a Dolphin.

Well these two aren’t no Spring Breakers !!!

Seams you can’t get away from the dam Gulls.

 

Hey we better get home the street lights are coming on !!!

Sixty One Candles …… Hey I made it !!!

Well I had another birthday Texas style. Like last year MaryJane flew down for the week. We had a great time all week. Cousin Rick and I had a Great Time.

 

MaryJane and Blondie cousin Ricks wife OK her name is Linda. I call her Blondie.

 

Marti and me. I was on the phone as usual. We are waiting for another good meal at MoonDogs  a great joint on the water front.

   The boats loaded with Oysters came in next store to MoonDogs. You can’t get much Fresher than that.    Rick had a few too.

Back on the Phone

Mardi Gras Island Style

We drove and floated to Mustang Island for the Parade. The parade was in the town of Port Aransas. This is a small town but they had a neat little parade. We got some pictures till the camera went dead. I guess you need to charge the Batteries.

 

Marti was diving for beads I didn’t realize how she was getting them.

Parade lasted about 45 min. we had a good time maybe the Big Easy is next, Ok now wake up and write a comment. I’m busting my tail writing this crap.

Home Made Donuts in the RV Park

Marti decided Hey lets do the Donuts ok. My wife does everything her style, in a Big Way !!!  Well we started off making some three dozen Donuts. Marti there is only two of us ?? OK I get it we make them and get them away.

We fried Donuts and the fellow RVers ate them. Marti and I enjoyed getting up early to make some Smiles and Happy Tummy's  

OK ….. Way Over Do

Well I figured I better get out of the Pool and sit down and up date the Blog.

We have been very busy doing nothing. We have toured the area, we went to the beach so Yogi could swim.  

Yogi loves running and diving into the water and of course drinking a couple gallons of water. Well then he brings pounds of sand into the truck. We are having a great time.

 

Ok lets go home !!!
